Bad Blogger!!

I have been such a neglectful blogger lately. Things around here have been so busy. I got a new laptop. I am very proud of it. We also had the a/c break, the water heater went out, and the well quit working. I heard it comes in threes but my goodness. Catiecakes has made a bet with me and her Papa to see if she can go a week without tv, internet and phone. She started the bet on Saturday and she is already complaining that it is only Monday. Everybody, even her best friend Niki said she couldn't do it. I hope she does it.

Anyway so I have been really busy doing scrapbooking and since Catiecakes has free time on her hands she is helping me. These are the layouts we did tonight and some I did a week ago.

Weeekend

Well the weekend went pretty well. We didn't have Codes or Kenz this weekend..We took Catiecakes and Pooh Bear shopping on Saturday and then on Sunday I woke up with the most viscious earache. I hope I am not coming down with something.
Catiecakes best friend came back over yesterday and the kids blew up the little shark kiddie pool just to cool off. Bill ended up giving them shaving cream and they went nuts spraying it on each other.
Later on in the evening the kids had a water fight and Pooh Bear got a little rough and busted Catiecakes nose. She came in screaming because her nose was bleeding. I think the blood freaked her out more than anything. It is a little swollen today but nothing major.
Bill and I are doing alot of overtime this week while we can. In two months we will have school clothes to pay for so better grab the overtime while it is available.

Well I will close for now..I will be back later I am sure to gripe about work and to post some freebies!!

Memorial Weekend!!!!

Well the weekend is here and everything is going great so far. The kids have been getting along well and we have Codester and Kenz for the weekend. No fights and we went to grandma and grandpa's house for the day Saturday and the kids went swimming and had a great time. Bill and I bought a new camera this weekend and I love it!!!!

It is a Fuji Finepix S700. It takes wonderful pics, I have to say. Below are a few we took this weekend.

It's bad when I can't wait to go to work

Let me start by saying I am a proud mother of two beautiful children, Catiecakes, who is 12 and Pooh-Bear, who is 10 ( names have been changed to protect the claimed to be innocent). I am also the proud stepmother to two other beautiful children, the Codester, who is 9 and Kenz, who is 7. Needless to say Bill and I have our hands full every other weekend.

Catiecakes and Pooh Bear have decided that their goal in life is to fight everyday. Now, I have never had siblings as I was an only child so all of this is new to me. A year ago they were so sweet to each other and now they want to do nothing but irritate each other about stupid stuff.

They butt into each other's conversations with something smart to say and it is getting OLD!!!
Things have really started to change since Catiecakes turned into a tween and I think her brother just doesn't know how to handle it.

I guess we will have to take each day as it comes and see what happens!!
